Even though you weren't here with me in flesh
I felt your soul wrap my body in its arms
I felt it rock me forth and back as I cried
Trying to releave me of my pain
As I read your words
I heard your voice beside me
Mimicing every word in your strong sweet voice
And as the night drew to an end
I felt the strength that we possesed
Embodied into one
For it comes out to be
That I am You
And You are Me
This poem is one that came to me at three o'clock in the morning on one of those oh so many sleepless nights. It's around two months old and problably the only one that doesnt really rhyme. I have no idea how good it really is but I know it's one of my favorites. Anyways let me know what ya think! BBL
